1. Reservations and Bookings

1.1 Booking Confirmation:
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment or a valid credit card guarantee. We reserve the right to cancel any unconfirmed bookings.

1.2 Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations and changes to reservations must be made in accordance with the specific cancellation policy provided at the time of booking. Failure to cancel within the specified time may result in charges.

1.3 No-Show Policy:
If you fail to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, a no-show fee equivalent to the entire stay will apply.

 

2. Check-In and Check-Out

2.1 Check-In Time:
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability.

2.2 Check-Out Time:
Check-out is by 12:00 PM. Late check-out may be granted upon request and may incur additional charges.

2.3 Identification:
Valid identification and a credit card are required at check-in.

2.4 Refundable Deposit:
A refundable AED 200 deposit will be collected from all guests per room upon check-in. If paid in cash, the deposit will be refunded during checkout. If the deposit amount is paid by card, it will be credited within 7 to 14 working days.

 

3. Room Policies

3.1 Occupancy:
The maximum occupancy per room is limited as per the booking confirmation. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or refusal of service.

3.2 Non-Smoking Policy:
All rooms are non-smoking. A cleaning fee will be charged for any violation of this policy.

3.3 Pets:
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals, which must be disclosed at the time of booking.

3.4 Damages:
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property caused during their stay. The cost of repairs or replacements will be charged to the guest's credit card.

 

4. Payment and Fees

4.1 Room Rates:
Room rates are subject to change and may vary based on demand, season, or special events.

4.2 Taxes and Fees:
All room rates are subject to applicable taxes and service fees.

4.3 Payment:
Full payment is required at check-in unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

4.4 Additional Charges:
Additional charges may apply for services such as room service, mini-bar, laundry, and other amenities.

 

5. Guest Conduct

5.1 Behavior:
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Any disruptive, illegal, or inappropriate behavior may result in eviction without refund.

5.2 Noise Policy:
Please respect other guests' privacy. Excessive noise that disturbs other guests may lead to eviction.

 

6. Liability

6.1 Personal Belongings:
Signature Hotels Group is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Safes are provided in rooms for guest use.

6.2 Liability for Injuries:
Guests use the hotel facilities at their own risk. Signature Hotels Group is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur on the premises unless caused by the hotel's gross negligence.

 

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

 

8. Changes to Reservations or Terms

8.1 Changes to Reservations:
Signature Hotels Group reserves the right to make changes to reservations, including relocating guests to a different room or property in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

8.2 Amendments to Terms:
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be available on our website and at the front desk.
